Beer Chicken

Beer ChickenThis cute chick is a real nice surprise and delight. The flavor that permeates it is a very pleasant experience, but more so is when you try it. Served with roasted potatoes, steamed vegetables or mashed, is a recipe that is not lost.

To prepare you need: 

6 chicken pieces
2 peppers (red-yellow)
2 large onions cut into julienne with lemon drops
1 1 / 2 cup white beer
1 shot (2 tbsp) of pisco
flour for thickening
2 tbsp oil
1 / 2 lemon

First, let us take the red pepper. This should be cut into strips, place in salted water until the next day and washed several times. If you keep chopping, is given a boil in sugared water.

We place the beer, pisco and lemon juice in a saucepan. Meanwhile, we dry good dams, unseasoned. In a skillet the oil gilded. When a boil in the pan, we add the golden prize, white pepper, salt and a little sugar. I got off the fire and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

When the chicken is tender add the onions and peppers. Simmer for 25 minutes. Then separate the juice into another pot to thicken, throwing flour gradually diluted. Serve as a source of prey, and pour the sauce over them.
