Canned MeatThe mild roast silverside and delicacy of your sauce will be the gala that will adorn your table on this special night. This recipe is ideal for meetings of many guests at home. We recommend that you do the day before the feasting, will much better.

To prepare you need: 

1 1 / 2 kg roast silverside
4 large onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green peppers and 1 red
1 cup oil
1 / 2 cup vinegar
1 / 2 cup dry red wine
Salt and pepper

First clean the meat and took it in the oven at medium heat without seasoning. We recommend 20 minutes per kilo of meat, so here are 30 minutes. We took the oven, wait for it to cool and freeze.

Meanwhile prepare the sauce. This cut the onions into thin slices and peppers too. Pour oil in a pan, let it heat up and fry in onions, garlic and peppers. Once soft, add the vinegar, wine, salt and pepper. Let it boil for 5 minutes.

When the meat from the freezer is well hard to draw, cut into slices (an electric knife would help a lot) and put it in a bowl, alternating with onion slices and peppers. Keep in refrigerator until the next day. Serve, slightly warmed in the oven, with separate sauce, mashed potatoes and cooked vegetable salad with black or white bread.
