Cau cau shrimp
A dish whose base is still yellow or white potatoes, yellow pepper and lots of time, is now combined with the softness of the flesh of the prawn, permeating aromas of fresh water in this delicious recipe. Enjoy it slowly, but surely.
To prepare you need:
500 g of prawns.
1 tsp of stick.
1 onion, chopped.
1 / 2 cup of white wine.
2 cloves of minced garlic.
6 potatoes fried in yellow squares.
1 pepper chopped.
2 tbsp of flour.
1 yellow pepper gas.
2 tbsp of margarine.
2 cups of broth.
150 grams of cooked peas.
Mint, parsley, salt and pepper.
Fry the onion in margarine with garlic, stick, flour and pepper. Add wine and broth and let cook for about 5 minutes. Add shrimp boiled clean and warm, and pepper and peas. Flavored with mint and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. At the end is added the potato and serve with rice.
