Cheese Flan
Ingredients:
Serves 4
150 gr. of fresh cheese
4 eggs
8 tablespoons sugar
½ l. cream
a dozen walnuts
currants
mint leaves
Preparation:
Grate the cheese and reserve.
Put heat a nonstick skillet. When it is hot, add 4 tablespoons sugar until caramelized. Should mix the sugar as it melts.
Pour the caramel over the mold and spread it well, shaking the pan to distribute it.
Put eggs and sugar in a bowl. Beat well and add the cream and grated cheese. Mix until a homogeneous mass and pour into pan. Placed in the oven in a double boiler to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Let cool and carefully the mold removed. Garnish with nuts, currants and mint leaves.
Tip: To see if the custard is done, simply insert a needle for knitting in the middle. If cream smeared out, I still miss some time, however if it comes out clean (but wet leaves) will be ready.
