Cheese with nuts
Ingredients:
1 / 2 pound of cheese Mar del Plata chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
Atty, dry white wine
lettuce
1 cup walnuts
Preparation:
Dilute the wine mayonnaise (preferably chilled). Arrange in the bottom of a bowl a few lettuce leaves whole. Mix the cheese with mayonnaise and finely chopped lettuce and pour over the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle nuts and serve well chilled.
Suggestions:
This salad should be served accompanied by crusty French bread slices and a dry white wine, very cold. It is also interesting to serve, separate the green apple slices. The combination of flavors, including bread, apples and salad is very particular.
