Chickpeas with Swiss Chard

To prepare you need:
400 gr of chickpeas
2 onions
1 clove garlic
1 / 4 kg of peeled tomatoes
2 tbsp yeast
2 bunches of spinach
Grated Parmesan cheese
Soak the chickpeas the night before. Launched them and put water to boil in salted water. Besides, we prepared a fried with garlic, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes. Add this seasoning to the beans. Add mushrooms (previously soaked) and season with salt and pepper. We let it simmer (add water if necessary), add the finely chopped spinach and went down to a simmer. Serve sprinkled with cheese and served with rice grained.
