Cocktail of melon with ham

14Ingredients:
Serves 4
1 / 2 melon
4 slices of raw ham
1 lettuce home
1 lettuce green
1 bunch watercress
Cooked corn 1
4 tomatoes
4 radishes
1 onion
Vinegar
Salt and oil

Preparation:

Pica lettuce leaves, julienned fine. Mix in a bowl with the watercress and onion very finely chopped. Season with salt, oil and vinegar. Deal yourself in four bowls.

Chop the ham into thin julienne strips and mix with the grains of corn, the sliced tomatoes and melon balls. Mix well and fill the glasses. Decorate each glass with a turning radish and serve.
