To prepare you need:

4 leaves of basil.

1 tsp capers.

4 fillets of frozen cod.

40 grs of butter.

2 tomatoes sliced.

2 garlic cloves into thin slices.

Olive oil.

Salt and pepper.

We thawed cod fillets a day earlier in the refrigerator. Then seasoned and reserve.

In a bowl, place the garlic, tomatoes, shredded basil and capers with olive oil. Stir well and condiments.

In a skillet over low heat and put butter and olive oil gilded cod fillets for a few minutes. The mixture of capers, tomatoes and break them for 3 minutes in another pan. Finally pour over the fillets serve the tomato mixture. You can serve with boiled or mashed vegetables.
