Delicious Pasta

pastaIf you decided that today is a day of pasta, you can innovate with this marvel of Italian cuisine. Like all pulp has an infinity of combinations, fillings, sauces and presentations which accompany them. But better start at the beginning.

To prepare, you need: 

Mass
400 gr all-purpose flour 2 cups (filled)
1 egg
salt and water

Stuffing
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 loaf toletta
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 yolks
100 gm of processed ham
salt and pepper

First let us look at the mass. Mix flour with salt, egg and water (1 / 2 cup approx.) Pouring slowly. Knead on a smooth surface. You can add more flour to give it the necessary consistency. Once ready, let it rest.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Fry the onion and thin, add 1 clove of garlic and remove from heat when the onion is see transparent. It is recommended to take a little oil and let cool. Besides, soak the bread in water, squeezed and rid it well. Add onion, grated cheese, parsley, chopped luncheon meat, salt and pepper.

Now we take the mass and then extend a short cut, use round molds. Each circle is filled with lots of filler. To save it stew half and put in the freezer. To prepare, cook in salted water and a little oil. Can be served with meat tomato sauce, alfredo sauce and grill it.
