Eggs with anchovies

EggsIngredients:
3 hard boiled eggs
1 bottle medium anchovy
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tablespoons corn oil
1 / 2 tsp, pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Preparation:
Boil eggs in water for seven minutes. Remove and peel, leaving them in cold water until chilled. Cut in half and arrange in the source you will be served. Remove the oil from the anchovies, put them in a bowl and pour over the mixture prepared with vinegar, corn oil, pepper and onion. Cover and put the fillets using fingers and dispose between the halves of the eggs. You can garnish the plate with watercress, lettuce or any other decorative element.
