Lentil and sausage stew

To prepare, you need:

1 / 2 kilo of lentils bagged selected.

1 tomato.
1 carrot.
1 tbsp tomato paste.
1 pinch of sugar.
200g of pork sausage.
1 cube of bouillon.
Crushed garlic, salt, pepper and oil to taste.

Fry the onion in a large pot along with garlic, salt and pepper. It adds the tomato peeled and chopped. He puts the tomato paste and bacon into small cubes and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
