Medallions of pork with apple

pork with appleOne of the most consumed meat worldwide is pork, especially healthy if the cut is lean. It has been found that the meat helps reduce cholesterol levels. Combine it with green apples and red and get a tantalizing and nutritious main course.

We need: 
8 medallions of beef and cedar.
2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
1 medium onion thinly.
1 teaspoon powdered sugar.
1 teaspoon sage.
1 / 2 cup cider or champagne.
3 / 4 cup vegetable broth.
1 green apple.
1 red apple.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Salt and pepper.
Sage leaves.

Thin cord tied around each pork medallion. Reserve.

Heat oil in a skillet and gilded onion 5 minutes over low heat, until soft. Add sugar and cook for 3 minutes.

We place the medallions in the skillet and cook 2 minutes on each side, until browned. Add sage, champagne and cider broth. Bring to boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

We removed the core apples and cut into 8. Sprinkle with lemon juice so they do not change color.

We removed the cord from the medallions and serve immediately adorned with sage leaves.
