Mixed salad with walnuts
Ingredients:
3 hard boiled eggs
1 bunch radishes
1 endive
1 celery
nuts
3 tomatoes
1 apple
Mustard
Vinegar, oil salt, pepper
1 raw egg
Parsley
Preparation:
Wash and clean out the radishes, chicory and celery. Fill tomatoes two minutes in boiling water and peel them. Prepare a little mayonnaise with egg yolk, mustard, oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Chop endive and parsley, put into the bowl, cut the tomatoes into thin slices and put them on the green layer, then add the walnuts, sliced boiled eggs and, at that time, peel the apples, cut into thin slices iodine and cover with them. Immediately put on apples mayonnaise, garnish with sliced radishes and some bunches of fresh herbs.
Tip:
To avoid cutting the mayo, added a tablespoon of water and thus equals the oil temperature and the yolk.
