Muffin Carrot and Pineapple Integral

Ingredients
» 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
» 1 ½ cups cake flour to hot integral
» 3 grated carrots
» 1 cup chopped walnut
» 6 Eggs
» 1 cup pineapple juice
» An aza sugar
» ¾ cup oil
» 1 tablespoon baking powder
» 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Preparation

In a baking dish beat the eggs, sugar, pineapple juice and oil, little by little, add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, walnuts and grated carrots.

Mix everything with a wooden paddle and empty when the pasta is ready on your molds for cupcakes only ¾, because if you run the risk completely filled to spill flour.
