Potatoes vinaigrette

potatoesIngredients:
lkg. potatoes
1 / 2 onion
1 / 2 bay leaf
few black peppercorns
2 cloves garlic

For the vinaigrette:
half tomato, onion, pepper, chopped parsley,
salt, garlic, oil, vinegar.

Preparation:
Wash, peel and bring to boil in salted water. Once they are tender, drain and set aside. Chop the onion into a bowl and small piece of tomato, add salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, and check the point. Crosscut the potatoes and drizzle with the vinaigrette, mix well to distribute.
