Sesame Tofu and vegetables baked
Excellent source of vegetable protein, tofu is a very healthy food that gets the flavor of the dressing you want to give, along with the sesame seeds will help strengthen your bones, no need to be a vegetarian to enjoy its benefits, try it together with some delicious vegetables baked.
We need:
1 / 2 kg of tofu or tofu.
100 ml of soy sauce or soy sauce.
1 cup sesame seeds or sesame.
Vegetable spray.

1 red pepper.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

Tips:
The dew plant is just vegetable oil spray used in this case, so the tofu does not stick to the source, if you fail you can “paint” the surface of the dish with vegetable oil using a brush kitchen.
Baked Vegetables are a good suggestion, but you can accompany with a theatrical fresh tofu and the result will be just as good.
