Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 cans tuna in oil
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
12 potatoes, about the same size
1 chili pepper
Stuffed olives
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and cook them unpeeled. I tender, peel and cut by half, to exploit them as we withdrew from the center of the potatoes. Pour the preparation each potato halves. Garnish with a plaster one pepper olive.
Suggestions:
You can fill tomatoes and eggs in the same way, using in the latter case, the egg yolk in a knife the filling.
