Sweet potato cakes and pores

We need:

In a skillet heat 2 teaspoons oil and fry the leek, garlic and ginger or ginger for about 3 minutes. We mix this preparation with the mashed potatoes, corn and cream cheese. Season. Form 8 cakes and flour went through. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Tips:
