2Ingredients:
Serves 4
1 kg. Mussel
1 / 2 cup white wine
- For the tomato sauce
5 ripe tomatoes
1 leek
1 red pepper roasted
1 spring onion
1 onion
1 / 2 chilli pepper
Oil and salt

Preparation:
Clean the mussels and set them to cook with white wine until they open. (it takes a couple of minutes). Remove one of the shells and reserve the rest.

- To prepare the tomato sauce:

Clean and itchy all the vegetables and put them to cook along with the chilli in a pan with a little oil. Let it cook for about 20 minutes and hit of salt. Shreds sauce.

Serve the mussels in a dish above. With a sprig of parsley.

Tip: Two basic ingredients make this dish, mussels and tomatoes. The remaining ingredients well combined enhance this preparation.
